Terms of Service

• Attendees may browse public event pages, RSVP, post on community walls, enter raffles, claim coupons, scan booth passports, submit award nominations, and apply to volunteer — all without an account.
• Organizers (event owners + their delegated editors) must have an account issued by the platform team to manage events at cms-events.todaytelugu.net.
• Judges are invited by organizers and use the same login flow.

When posting or submitting content, you agree NOT to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Spam — repeated submissions designed to disrupt or overload the platform are rate-limited; persistent violators may be IP-blocked.
• Interfere with the technical operation of the platform (scraping at high rates, attempting to exploit endpoints, etc.).
• Upload media you do not have rights to share.

Organizers may moderate, hide, or delete any attendee-submitted content on their event pages without notice. Repeated violators may be permanently blocked.

• You represent that you are authorized to manage the organization you administer on the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, agendas, speakers, sponsors, RSVPs, and any data you collect from attendees.
• You will moderate community wall posts, attendee submissions, and nominations in a timely manner.
• You will comply with applicable laws when collecting attendee data (e.g. providing your own privacy notice if you collect emails through the platform for marketing).

You retain ownership of anything you submit (photos, messages, applications). By submitting, you grant TodayEvents and the relevant event organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the platform for the purpose of running the event.

• Raffle, coupon, ticket, and award outcomes are the responsibility of the event organizer. TodayEvents provides the technology; we are not a party to any prize/coupon claim.
• Free RSVP does not guarantee admission — organizers may close registration or revoke tickets at their discretion.
• Coupon redemption depends on the vendor honoring the promotion.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty. We aim for high availability during events but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from outages, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the law, or our spam policies. You may stop using the platform at any time. Public submissions can be deleted on request — see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and noted on the events landing page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which TodayTelugu Networks LLC is registered.
