When and where is the MATA Convention 2026?
Friday June 19 – Saturday June 20, 2026 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 100 Station Avenue, Oaks PA 19456.
How do I register?
Tickets are sold via the official MATA portal at convention.mataus.org. Options range from a $75 single-day ticket through a $300 family-of-four package. The Banquet Night ($125) is currently SOLD OUT. Children under 6 enter free.
What is included in the 2-Day Entry Pass ($200)?
Both Banquet Night (Friday) and the full Main Event Saturday, including meals. The Sri Sita Rama Pattabhishekam family-of-four 2-Day Pass is $1,116.
Are refunds available?
All registrations and donations are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. For upgrades, contact the Registrations Committee at registration@mata-us.org.
Who is the headliner for the Day 2 Grand Finale?
Music Director Devisri Prasad (DSP) performs the LIVE Grand Finale concert from 9:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes — free parking is available at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Shuttle details and overflow parking will be announced via the live announcement system on convention day.
Will the event be live-streamed?
Select sessions (main stage, Grand Finale) will be live-streamed via MATA media partners. Check the schedule page for the streaming link.
How can I become a vendor or exhibitor?
Hall A hosts the Exhibits & Vendor Booths all of Day 2. Vendor registration runs through the MATA Vendor & Souvenir form at convention.mataus.org.
Tax-deductible donations?
MATA is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit (Tax ID 92-2402566). Tax exemption letters are mailed to all donors after the convention.
